UOUO's Sashimi Platter update August 2022
I won't be doing a review for UOUO again. I've done that twice already in the past. You can find the 2 posts here.
However, since I was able to go there again, here's how the Sashimi platter looked this time around. I thought it'd be worth sharing again as the Sashimi content changes each time.
Here's how the platter looked.
Yummm.
And here are the names of the fishes as well.
The Maguro is there - I'm pretty sure it's a Hon-maguro as it tastes fantastic. So wholesome and juicy and tasty.
The usual Salmon and the Shimesaba are there. Fantastic qualities as usual.
I forgot to mention 'no Ebi', so got the Ebi this time. But the Ebi was really fantastic.
The following are the rare 'guest' sashimi.
The Medai came in both Aburi and Sashimi form. There is also other types of tai. The "Ishidai", the "Takanohadai" and some kind of other Tai that even the owner couldn't recall what it was!
There was also the Shitabirame and Kamasu.
It looks like we got lucky with 10 types of Sashimi. (11, if you consider the 2 forms of Medai as different types)
A more-than-satisfying dinner for us.
